TFL is a 10-week course led by Dr. McKay Caston designed to equip men and women for leadership in the church, home, and workplace by providing a solid worldview built upon a biblical theology. While a TFL certificate will be a prerequisite for leading, facilitating, or teaching in Creekstone ministries beginning January 2020, the course will prove beneficial to the spiritual growth and maturity of any believer and is recommended not only for present leaders but for all Creekstone members and attendees.
